Privacy and marketing measurement
Ground respects your privacy. This notice explains the optional Meta Pixel used on the Ground marketing website and selected public pages of the Ground member web app.
Your choice
The Meta Pixel stays off unless you choose “Allow marketing measurement.” You may decline without losing access to Ground. You can later change your choice from Privacy & Measurement in the member app. Turning measurement off stops future Ground Pixel events in that browser; it does not delete information already received by Meta.
What may be shared
After consent, the Pixel may receive the public page URL, general page visits, generic content categories, checkout-start events, browser and device information, network information, Meta cookies, and advertising click or campaign parameters. Ground limits Pixel activity to approved public routes and suppresses it on authenticated, payment-return, token, and other private application routes.
What Ground does not add
Ground does not add names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment-card information, health or waiver information, booking details, free-text messages, or marketing-attribution objects to registration or checkout API requests for this implementation.
Why it is used
Ground uses consented Pixel events to understand whether Meta advertisements lead to visits, interest in general Ground offerings, or checkout starts, and to improve campaign reporting.
Meta
Meta processes Pixel information under its own terms and privacy controls. You can learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy and manage activity associated with Meta technologies through your Meta account settings.
Ground records and contact
